The hotel is set in an enviable position overlooking the town below and the castle, which is especially stunning at night. The hotel is really nice with staff at reception being helpful after a misunderstanding by them with my booking where my view was spoilt by the carpark. They offered to move me and gave me a free bottle of Cava as an apology. The spa staff were amazing despite the spa facilities not fully working due to a malfunction, but they reduced the price of our 1-hour booking to make up for it. Breakfast was high quality, and the staff were engaging and professional. The pool area was immaculate, but be aware that you will need tokens from reception to get a towel, which we were not informed of. The caves and castle are worth a visit if you have time. A top tip from another contributor was to visit on your day of checkout at 10.30 a.m., and you will be back at the hotel in time to check out at 12, visit the castle the evening before and watch the sunset before walking down to the town for dinner

Large, well appointed room with lots of storage, great views of the town, comfortable bed and pillows, large bathroom with separate w.c. Breakfast options were great. Free motorcycle parking on level ground opposite the front doors.

We really liked the room with panaroma view, the location with only a few minutes walking distance to the village, the always friendly hotel staff. The hotel itself makes a very good impression to us.

Location is good with great view over castle and downtown. The breakfast was good and had what one look for. The distance to city centre is nice and the walk ther is about 10-15 minutes. Staff was very kind and helpful.

Excellent breakfast with good range of food. The room was large and had a wonderful view over the hills behind the hotel. The view from the public spaces and terrace were stunning!

The breakfast was fantastic, with a lot of variety. The receptionists were nice and helpful. The spa was really nice as well. The view was amazing. Free parking. Well decorated.

Good standard of hotel for ****. Excellent bedroom, huge comfy bed, friendly staff, bathroom excellent. Minibar somewhat underwhelming and fridge noisy. Snack meals in bar good. Breakfast good too.

Fantastic views over the town and a good sized open air pool. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, the beds very comfortable. The staff are very friendly and everything was very clean. Sunset from the pool bar is worth seeing! The outdoor (free) parking spaces fill up quickly, but there is an underground garage for 6E a night.
